No refund shall be due for work already commenced / completed, services already delivered or third-party fees already incurred, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
12 Cancellation by the Client
A Client wishing to cancel services should submit the cancellation request in writing within 12-24 hours (after giving consent and paying fee to start working on one’s profile).
Upon cancellation, V & V Overseas Education and Immigration may calculate any refundable amount after considering:

Once an application has been submitted, changes may not always be possible and may be controlled entirely by the relevant authority. Where the Client expressly confirms that an application or document is ready for submission, that confirmation may be treated as the Client's approval to proceed.
14 Visa Refusal
If an application is refused, V & V Overseas Education and Immigration may offer a refusal assessment/review as a separate service. A refusal does not automatically mean that the Client is entitled to reapply immediately.
Depending on the circumstances, a new application, administrative review, appeal, reconsideration, judicial review or another remedy may or may not be available. Any refusal-related assessment, appeal, administrative review, reconsideration, judicial review or reapplication service will only be provided where separately agreed and may be subject to a separate fee.

Clients must disclose previous refusals, cancellations, removals, deportations, overstays, bans, inadmissibility issues and other relevant immigration history. Where a client has an existing or suspected immigration ban/restriction, V & V Overseas Education and Immigration may conduct an initial assessment based on provided documentation, but does not guarantee that a ban or restriction can be removed or overcome.
